Jacqui is a multi-talented woman and artist of the highest calibre. She has hosted radio shows such as Jazz Sirens with her Mother Cleo Laine, has appeared on the West End stage, performed at Ronnie Scotts and acted in a series of highly acclaimed roles on stage with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre and John Dexter's Company. About Felicity: "Felicity has a unique approach which taps into the spiritual centre of singers. She works kinesthetically on the production of sound, and has a vast store of imagery which she uses to draw pictures through singing. Felicity (Flick) has worked with many people now in the professional world of voice, Ben Thapa of G4, Vocal coach for Universal’s dazzling girl group, All Angels and is Vocal Consultant for the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain. She teaches singing at Trinity College Cambridge and is the Head of Voice at The East West Sanctuary, Budapest.

The Voiced Bodymind Progressive
with Felicity Cook
This is to be a series of residential weekends at the Phoenix Centre in the beautiful coastal village of Dunwich. It will be a series of 4 spread throughout the year intending to deepen and build on what it is to Voice freely and confidently in the world. Looking at the speaking voice, singing voice, inner voices of negativity and positivity we will explore and develop how we use our voice(s) - the inner and outer. Other aspects covered will be: Vocal technique, bodywork, psychotherapeutic techniques, dramatic and artistic explorations, meditation and visualisation, vocal health, repertoire from all genres as and where appropriate. There will be the opportunity to work on material in a one to one context in the group. The work is deep and for many, quite transformational.
Who is it for? Singers, actors, presenters, artists, anyone interested in personal development through voice and anyone who feels they find it difficult to Voice Authentically in whatever field they are in. Please email for more information: felicity.cook@virgin.net.
